1. Fabric Selection

Brushed Fleece and Pilling:
The woven fabric undergoes a brushing process, which uses mechanical brushes to fluff the fiber surface, creating a nap.
It is then subjected to a pilling process, where the fabric is shaken under high temperature and moisture, causing the fibers to form small ball like particles, enhancing the fabric's fluffiness and warmth.
The fleece fabric is dyed to ensure uniform and long lasting color.
After dyeing, the fabric undergoes finishing processes such as shaping and smoothing to improve its texture and appearance.
Splicing Technique
Piece Splicing: The cut components, such as the front and back panels, sleeves, and hood, are spliced according to design requirements. During splicing, careful alignment of seams is necessary to ensure a smooth and wrinkle free finish.
Detail Handling: For areas prone to wear, such as the neckline, cuffs, and hem, binding treatment is applied to enhance elasticity and durability. Additionally, details like zippers and pockets require meticulous handling to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
Zipper: A high quality metal zipper is selected to ensure smooth operation and durability. The zipper color should coordinate with the main color of the jacket to enhance overall aesthetics.
Stitching: High strength polyester thread is used for sewing to ensure strong seams that are not easily broken. The stitching color should closely match the fabric color.
