Introducing the new BLS collects ion an exclusive launch of the latest version of the IWC Pilot's Watch Series R2, crafted from original molds with meticulous attention to detail. 1. The watch features a 41mm case made of 316 stainless steel, with a strap width of 20mm.
2. In addition to its striking tachymetric ceramic bezel, these two high-performance pilot watches further enhance their dynamic racing DNA. The scale and Arabic numeral markers have been transformed from conventional printed forms to the inlaid style used in the Big Pilot G63. All hour markers and hands are adorned with a glossy black finish that perfectly complements the shiny tachymetric bezel, giving the watch a notably refined and upscale appearance. Additionally, the three sub-dials not only partition the numeric area and scales but also feature a sloped outer scale ring that creates a sunk effect, further enhancing the overall sophistication and depth of the watch. 3. The movement adopts the Asia7750 transparent back replica of IWC's 69385 automatic winding movement.
The movement panel is finely polished, offering a strong three-dimensional feel! The case is meticulously crafted using Swiss techniques, followed by hand-brushed finishing for a luxurious texture. It features a screw-down ceramic crown and a double-sided anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal that allows for exceptional claritys and can withstand sudden drops in atmospheric pressure. 4. The dial design continues the classic cockpit instrument style of pilot watches, with the color meticulously calibrated through hundreds of comparisons with the authentic model, achieving an almost indistinguishable likeness. 5. The strap is made from the original rubber used in the authentic model and features IWC's quick-change system (EasX-CHANGE), allowing you to change straps effortlessly without tools. Both the metal and rubber straps can be easily switched, with the metal strap designed for manual quick-release! Significant investments were made to disassemble the original model, replicating its structure and details one by one, ensuring an extremely high level of fidelity in the watch's representation.
