100% Cotton Denim Fabric
Crafted from 100% cotton twill denim, imported from Italy and manufactured with high density machinery. The original fabric does not contain spandex, offering minimal stretch and conveying the authentic texture of denim pieces. The material provides a structured shape, ensuring the pants maintain their form without sagging.
The old version of the embossing mold has been replaced, and a new version has been developed based on the original, resulting in a smoother overall embossing effect that differs from the stiff and oversized embossing seen in the market.
Raised Embossing Printing Process
The raised embossing process involves heating and shaping with upper and lower molds, with rollers pressing the fabric at a specific temperature. This mechanical imprinting creates a three dimensional layered effect. The fabric showcases a relief style texture with a unique sheen, producing embossed patterns and text with a strong sense of dimensionality, enhancing decorative artistic effects, and presenting clear layers and accurate perspectives.
Garment Soft Wash Treatment
The embossed panels are combined with solid color denim. After sewing, the denim undergoes sand washing, a process that uses sand washing agents to treat the fabric, resulting in partial fading and a surface covered with a soft fuzz, imparting a delicate and soft hand feel. During the sand washing process, a softener is added to enhance the washing effect.
The straight cut is paired with a metal zipper to tighten the cuffs, featuring a leather patch on the back with LU hardware; iconic details include L shaped and V shaped hammer fixing rings.
