ion, exclusively launched with the latest version of the IWC Pilot's Series R2, featuring an original mold crafted to perfection. 1. The watch is made from 316 stainless steel with a new mold, measuring 41mm in size and a strap width of 20mm.
2. Besides the striking tachymeter bezel, these two high-performance pilot watches emphasize their dynamic racing heritage. The scales and Arabic numeral markers have transitioned from the conventional printed form to an inlaid style, similar to the Big Pilot G63. Additionally, all markers and hands feature a bright black decoration that harmonizes perfectly with the shiny tachymeter bezel, enhancing the overall refined and high-end appearance of the t.mes
piece. Furthermore, the three sub-dials not only separate the digital area from the scales but also include a slope on the outer scale ring, creating a sunken effect that further elevates the watch's sophistication and depth.
3. The movement is equipped with the Asia7750 transparent back replica of IWC's 69385 automatic winding mechanism. The movement's panel is finely polished, offering a strong three-dimensional feel! The case is meticulously polished using Swiss craftsmanship and then hand-finished, providing a luxurious texture. It features a screw-down crown and a double-sided anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal, ensuring claritys
and resistance to sudden drops in air pressure.
4. The dial design continues the classic cockpit instrument style of pilot watches, with the dial color calibrated through hundreds of comparisons with the authentic model, achieving near-perfect similarity.
5. The strap is made from the original rubber strap paired with IWC's quick-change system (EasX-CHANGE), allowing you to effortlessly switch between the steel and rubber straps without tools! The steel strap is manually designed for quick-release. Considerable investment has gone into dismantling the original model to replicate its structure and details, ensuring an exceptionally high degree of accuracy in the watch's restoration.
