Celin Embroidered Baseball Jacket.This jacket is crafted from a single-sided fish-scale fabric made of 100% cotton. The front features a smooth knit surface, while the inner side utilizes a specialized knitting technique to create a three-dimensional loop that enhances fluffiness and offers a delicate touch. The loop structure has a high water absorption capacity and evaporates moisture quickly, ensuring that it retains its shape and does not easily deform after multiple washes. The cap and side pockets are made from nylon fabric, which is wear-resistant and provides excellent windproof performance.The baseball collar is designed with a double-layer cotton rib structure, pre-shrunk at high temperatures, with the highest point of the collar fixed at 6cm. This design conforms to the neck's curve while maintaining its shape. The ribbed cuffs are made with an 80-count high-elasticity blended yarn, tightly woven at 16 stitches per inch to create a highly elastic finish that retains a sense of vitality while avoiding the constriction often associated with traditional ribbings .By actively intervening in the cotton fiber's shrinkage potential, we have achieved a transition from easy deformation to stability, enhancing dimensional stability while minimizing deformation and wrinkles.Using a Tajima high-speed embroidery machine equipped with a 12-needle independent control system and 0.01mm-level stepper motors, the machine operates at a high speed of 1200 stitches per second. The intelligent thread break detection feature halts the machine automatically within 0.3 seconds of a breakage, preventing misalignment of stitches. The tension closed-loop control system adjusts the tension of the top and bottom threads in real t.mes (ranging from 5-30cN), ensuring that the white embroidery thread appears three-dimensional and full on the black loop fabric without being tight or wrinkled. The S-shaped curves of the pattern use the minimum stitch distance, with stitch angles changing in real t.mes according to the curve's arc, creating continuous, smooth lines.
